About The Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Toowoomba Outlet .
This is a fixed‑term part‑time role ending July 2026 .
* Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets
* Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
* Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling
* Maintain store operations including stock management and VM
* Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal
