Event Planning Specialist
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional event experiences within various spaces, managing catering, suppliers, and operations to ensure seamless execution and a world-class experience.
About the Role:
* Liaise with clients to understand event objectives, requirements, and timelines
* Prepare event plans, proposals, quotes, and contribute to planning meetings
* Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and event partners
Beyond Event Execution:
* Coordinate logistics including signage, AV, cleaning, and security
* Assist with invoicing, reporting, and post-event evaluations
