About the Role
The Business Office Administrator provides operationaladministrative support to the Business Office with a particularfocus on compliance administration, business operationscoordination, financial processing support, fleet administrationand operational support.
The role contributes to the efficient functioning oftheSchool'soperational environment by maintainingaccurate administrative systems, supporting regulatory complianceprocesses, coordinating operationalrecordsand enablingconsistent day-to-day business office workflows.
About You
You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:
* Excellent administrative and organisational skillsincluding strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience maintaining organised records, documentation andadministrative systems
* Experience supporting operational workflows such asscheduling, documentation management or coordination ofadministrative processes
* High level of attention to detail and a strongunderstanding of confidentiality and discretion
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to meetdeadlines and manage conflicting priorities
* Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customerservice to meet the needs of stakeholders
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word,Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
* Aptitude for learning new IT systems such as those used atthe school (Synergetic –student database system)
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability tobuild positive working relationships with a diverse range ofstakeholders
* Cert IV in Business Administration or equivalent.
All team members at CGS are required to have:
* A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
* A current National Police Check
* Full working rights within Australia.
