The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR teams in Australia and New Zealand, and liaise with their Singapore-based Centre of Excellence.
Reporting to the HR Director, responsibilities include managing remuneration reviews, budget planning, bonus schemes, employee data, and benefits management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the STI, LTI, and annual salary review processes, including wage increases and employee communication.Provide data-driven insights for budget planning and forecasting, representing Bridgestone Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea at the Regional Total Rewards Centre of Excellence in Singapore.Run and reconcile reports from SAP and SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy and trend analysis.Coordinate quarterly reward processes and report to the regional team.Maintain strong partnerships with the Regional Centre of Excellence.Administer employee bonus schemes, ensuring accurate calculations and communication.Support job evaluation and benchmarking using Mercer frameworks.About YouWe seek a solutions-oriented professional who thrives under pressure, with strong data analysis skills and experience in compensation frameworks.
