As a critical component of our maintenance and operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of automated production lines.
This position demands a proactive, hands-on mindset and a commitment to delivering results with precision and efficiency.
* Maintenance of automated equipment to minimize downtime
* Collaboration with high-speed systems including conveyors, gearboxes, sensors, and more
* Diagnostics and repairs of faults in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, featuring root cause analysis
* Support with machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments as needed
You will require:
* A strong foundation in mechanics, including experience in fitting and machine operation
* Previous experience in fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environments
* Demonstrated knowledge of JSEA's and Permits
* A proactive, solution-focused approach with a strong sense of urgency
* Essential experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
* A valid forklift license and EWP are also essential
