Sage Hotel Ringwood, with 120 rooms located atop Eastland, is home to Partake Restaurant and High & Dry Bar in addition to conference and events facilities.
Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will work to ensure we provide all hotel guests with impeccable rooms to exceed their expectations.
Position Requirements
* Cleaning guest rooms; including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors to the hotel's high standards.
* Ensuring towels and linen are refilled, replaced and stored correctly.
* Vacuuming, deep cleaning, dusting, changing bed linen, and replenishing amenities.
* Ensuring each room is cleaned within the allocated timeframe.
* Working with other departments to ensure pantries, corridors and service areas are kept in good condition.
* Reporting maintenance requirements.
* Reporting any lost property following correct hotel procedures.
* Ensuring all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly.
* Using correct chemicals for cleaning purposes and following safe work practices.
* Ensuring all WH&S policies and procedures are followed.
You Will Possess
* Availability to work a minimum of at least 3 weekdays, public holidays and weekends.
* The ability to work hard and have a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work within time allocations whilst maintaining quality.
