As a Senior Reporting and Insights Analyst, you will join the Financial Crime Operations (FCO) team, focusing on QA reporting and insights to deliver high-quality outputs that uphold excellence.
Your responsibilities include managing and overseeing Quality Assurance (QA) data to ensure accurate reporting and insights are provided to stakeholders promptly. A key aspect of the role involves understanding how changes in policies, processes, and procedures within the QA team impact data and key performance metrics.
What you have
Strong experience with complex Excel spreadsheets, formulas, and developing Tableau data sets and dashboards.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software used for QA reporting.
Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify discrepancies, assess accuracy, and evaluate financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team management, reporting, and collaboration.
Knowledge of Financial Crime, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
What you get
Salary of $120,000 plus superannuation.
