Queen Amann Bakery is seeking talented and dedicated Pastry Chef to join our production team. This is a key production role for a baker skilled in a wide range of high-quality pastries, supporting our growing reputation for excellence in Brisbane.

Key Requirements (Read Carefully - Essential Skills):
* Diverse Production: Prepare and bake a diverse menu of products, including cakes, tarts, pies, mousses, and laminated goods.
* Efficiency: Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to meet demanding daily production deadlines.
* Consistency: Follow recipes exactly to ensure absolute consistency and the highest standard of quality for every product.
* Presentation: Decorate and present all pastries with professional precision and an eye for market appeal.
* Organisation: Maintain a consistently clean, organised, and safe workstation at all times.
* Stock Management: Manage stock levels, place orders, and actively work to minimise waste and maintain cost efficiency.
* Lamination Expertise - Pastry Lamination ( puff pastry, etc.). We are able to train the right person.
