Corporate Centres Tasmania are a Tasmanian owned business operating across two locations: Hobart and Devonport. We are seeking a part time Receptionist to be based at our Hobart office.
Corporate Centres Tasmania provide serviced office spaces and virtual services as well as boardroom and meeting room spaces for a wide range of businesses and organizations. Our job is not only to provide tenants with a fully furnished office space, but to also provide a variety of different administrative roles specific to their needs.
Responsibilities
* Greet, welcome and direct tenants and their clients appropriately;
Qualifications
* Exceptional telephone manner;
* Ability to deal with a diverse range of tenants and their clients;
* Work well both independently and within a team environment;
* High level of communication skills;
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with good time management skills;
* Experience with dictation typing;
* Experience with Xero software; and
* Competent computer skills using Microsoft Suite, with a strong knowledge of Excel.
It goes without saying that our tenant's work confidentiality is of utmost importance and the successful candidate will need to be trustworthy and reliable in maintaining the privacy of all aspects of the business.
Work hours
Up to 22.5 hours per week, between the hours of 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
