Key Responsibilities: Affiliate & Merchant Coordination: Manage partner communications, attend meetings and industry events, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Merchant Onboarding & Maintenance: Set up new merchants, update offers, and monitor affiliate performance, ensuring seamless integration across all client programs.
Platform Audits & Troubleshooting: Conduct regular content and system checks, audit promotional offers, and resolve any tracking or technical issues.
Campaign Execution Support: Assist in sourcing creative assets, executing marketing campaigns, and reporting on performance results in collaboration with the client services team.
Customer Support Operations: Validate and resolve member reward claims, manage escalations, and oversee points adjustments and customer correspondence.
