EOI – Defence Systems Engineering Opportunities
(Location: Canberra preferred | Other locations considered)
Remuneration – Important Information
We advertise a broad salary range because the Project Management roles we receive from Defence vary significantly in seniority, scope and client budget.
Your remuneration is not fixed at application time and is not tied to a single advertised position. Instead, we assess your experience, seniority and Defence project background, then recommend a competitive salary aligned to the roles that best fit you as opportunities arise.
Not every candidate will sit at the top of the range — placement depends on demonstrated Defence experience, role level and funding associated with specific client engagements.

* A $10,000 annual training allowance for professional development, certifications and courses
* Generous bonus leave provisions (including three extra leave days each Christmas)
* A completely flat organisational structure—everyone from new entrants to 40-year veterans are equal
