We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our tight-knit team. This opportunity offers a chance to work alongside a dedicated and supportive team of optical dispensers and optometrists in a high-end busy practice.
You will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and handling reception tasks such as taking payments, answering calls, booking appointments, and preparing banking.
About the Role
* Welcome customers into the store with a warm and approachable manner.
* Assist patients with frame selection and provide product information.
* Conduct preliminary testing prior to a patient's eye exam.
Requirements
* Fully qualified for working rights in Australia (e.g., permanent residency or citizenship).
* Prior experience in a retail environment with excellent customer-facing skills.
