We are seeking an exceptional Electrical Project Engineering Manager — someone who leads with confidence, communicates with clarity, and consistently delivers results.

Your Mission

As our Electrical Project Engineering Manager, you will be the driving force behind the technical success of major electrical engineering projects. You will:

* Lead and inspire a team of high‐achieving electrical project engineers, guiding their planning, execution, and professional growth.
* Provide technical leadership to ensure the successful delivery of electrical and control system elements across industrial food processing systems.
* Manage the full electrical project lifecycle — from design and fabrication through to installation, commissioning, and customer handover.
* Ensure all engineering outputs meet or exceed quality, budget, and procedural standards.
* Collaborate closely with mechanical and electrical engineering teams, project managers, fabrication, logistics, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Identify potential project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive solutions to maintain project success.
* Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence within the project team.
* Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with broader business goals and long‐term organisational direction.

About You

You are not only technically strong — you are a leader who inspires confidence, trust, and performance.
To thrive in this role, you will bring:

* A tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering.
* RPEQ and CPEng accreditation.
* A minimum of 5 years of OEM experience, leading electrical engineers working on control systems and automated equipment design.
* Experience in the food processing industry — highly regarded.
* Strong knowledge of electrical engineering standards and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
* A strong work ethic and alignment with organisational values, combined with the drive to lead by example.
