a manufacturer and installer of detailed commercial joinery (located in the Illawarra) isseeking enthusiastic and hardworking apprentices.
We have apprenticeship vacancies working in our workshop or with our onsite installers starting in ****.
Mature aged apprentices are also encouraged to apply.
Duties will be varied depending on the apprenticeship but could include:
Using hand, power tools and other static machinery, cutting and edging board, assembly, gluing and laminating of commercial joinery components, sanding, polishing and spraying, machining of solid timber.
Installation of joinery onsite.
To be considered for a role you need to be able to meet the following selection criteria:
Aptitude for working with your hands
Competent in Math's and English
Ability to cope with the physical demands of the job
Enjoy practical and manual work
Alert and safety conscious
