About the Role
You will be involved in a range of flooring and concrete finishing works, including:
* Edge grinding using hand grinders
* Concrete grinding and polishing processes
* Surface preparation, coating removal and floor levelling
* Assisting with epoxy flooring systems
* Patch repairs and detailing work
* General labouring across flooring projects
* Assisting with concrete preparation, formwork and concrete pours where required
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Work is based across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane and includes residential, commercial and
construction projects.

Requirements
* Construction White Card (required or ability to obtain one)
* Own reliable vehicle and current driver license (mandatory)
* Ability to travel between Sunshine Coast and Brisbane
* Experience with grinders, floor prep, epoxy or concrete tools (advantage, not essential)

Employment & Remuneration
* 3-month trial / probation period to assess suitability and performance
* Opportunity to transition to full-time permanent employment for the right candidate
* Full Time, Casual pay: $30 – $40 per hour (depending on experience)
* $1,000 incentive bonus payable upon successful completion of the 3-month period (subject to performance, reliability and ongoing employment offered)
* Travel reimbursement included
* Expected standard hours: 40 per week, with additional hours as required
* Must have legal right to work in Australia
