**THE ROLE**
We are seeking a
**PM Team Leader** to join our growing team at Redbank. Reporting to the Operation Supervisor this position is responsible for assisting in overseeing the inbound and outbound logistics functions and team. You will ensure the contracted requirements for a global customer brand are met including ensuring all daily orders are picked and shipped OTIF and control of customer inventory or inbound inventory.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervising the unloading of shipping containers
- Ensure all goods are received according to set standards and KPI's
- Maintain the accuracy of the inventory process at all times
- Ensure any issues are immediately brought to the attention of the Management Team
- Ensure all processes are followed correctly
- Ensuring the work area is kept clean and tidy and in alignment with both 5S and WHS guidelines
- Providing back-up for warehouse supervisors as required
**Skills and Experience**:
- Hold a valid Forklift License
- Excellent customer service skills and highly service orientated
- Effective team management and interpersonal skills
- Competent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, WMS and other warehouse systems
