The kitchen at the George Darby Hotel is re-launching with a new head chef and new menu. We are looking to appoint a number of chefs across a variety of roles to join our team.
Our menu is focused on premium steaks, contemporary Australian cuisine, all of the favourite public classics and quirky bar snacks befitting Newcastle's best dedicated sports bar.
