About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead Bull Motor Bodies finance function and support our strategic growth. This senior leadership role oversees financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, payroll, and cash flow management, ensuring robust internal controls and accurate statutory reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and accountability for all accounting and financial functions across the company.

Deliver timely financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to support decision-making.

Manage budgets, cash flow, and working capital strategies.
·
Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and tax obligations.
·
Drive process improvements and system enhancements for efficiency.
·
Provide commercial insights for pricing reviews and strategic initiatives.
About You
·
CPA or CA qualified with proven experience in a senior finance leadership role.
·
Strong technical knowledge of Australian financial reporting and tax compliance.
·
Skilled in financial systems, internal controls, and team development.
·
Commercial acumen with ability to influence strategic decisions.
