L'épi Artisan Bakery is a proudly independent, craft-driven bakery located in Hume ACT. We specialise in traditional sourdough and quality-first artisan techniques. Our team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced baker who brings skill, passion, and pride to their craft.
About the Role
As an integral member of our bakehouse team, you will work across all bread production tasks, including mixing, shaping, baking and ensuring consistent quality across our sourdough range. You'll collaborate with a tight-knit team of bakers who genuinely care about the product and the process.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced artisan environment and wants to continue developing their skills in a bakery that values mastery, creativity, and teamwork.
The work is primarily early morning, candidates should be comfortable doing such shift times.

Key Responsibilities
* Mixing, scaling, shaping, and baking sourdough and other artisan breads
* Maintaining levain and fermentation schedules
* Ensuring product quality and consistency
* Working seamlessly within a small team
