In a team environment, you will play a key role in the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, termination calculations and a high level of service to internal stakeholders. n Key Responsibilities - End-to-end payroll processing across a high-volume setting; - Processing terminations, including calculations and final payments; - Managing payroll queries and delivering excellent customer service; - Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures; and - Supporting and collaborating with the broader payroll team. n About n You - Minimum 2+ years' experience in a high-volume payroll processing; - Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll, including terminations; - Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills; - Experience working with large payrolls; - Exposure to multiple Enterprise Agreements; and - Experience with large payroll systems Oracle, SAP, Attache. n Key Skills & Attributes - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines; - Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced environment; - Confident communicator, able to engage with a range of stakeholders; - Team player with a willingness to support and coach others; and - Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities.
