Administration – Fixit Industries (Newcastle NSW)

Fixit Industries is a trusted restoration company helping homes and businesses recover from water, fire, mould and property damage for over 30 years. We’re looking for an organised, friendly and proactive Administration person to support our technicians and clients. The role is casual, min 2 days a week and covering other office members when on leave.
What you’ll be doing
* Scheduling technicians and managing daily job flow
* Answering calls and providing warm, professional customer service
* Creating job files, entering notes and uploading documentation
* Liaising with insurers, builders and property managers
* Tracking equipment, job progress and follow‑ups
* Supporting the team with general admin tasks
What you’ll bring
* Strong organisation and multitasking skills
* Clear, friendly communication
* Confidence using job management or CRM systems (training provided)
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* A team‑first attitude
* Experience in admin, customer service or scheduling (highly regarded)
