Your Role: In this dynamic role, you'll design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions that align with our business goals, ensuring system reliability and success.
You'll work hands-on with customizing Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud functionalities, with a key focus on integrating the Experience Site ordering system with SAP to ensure smooth, error-free data flow between SAP and Salesforce.
Additionally, you'll work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, improve processes, and develop scalable solutions.
You'll also play a crucial role in reducing quality claims by helping build a robust Quality Management System in Salesforce.
Furthermore, you'll mentor the Salesforce Administrator, team up with your colleagues to maintain top-notch system performance, and coordinate with the Salesforce Program Manager to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs.
