THE OPPORTUNITY:
A.B. Paterson College’s Early Childhood Centre is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Inclusion Support Educator for a Maximum Term, Part-Time position (25 hours per week). Our Centre operates between 7:00am and 6:00pm, and this role will be rostered for 5 hours per day within those operating hours.
Our Inclusion Support Educators play a vital role in ensuring every child can access, participate in, and benefit from our early learning program. Working alongside educators, families, and support professionals, you will help create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment for all children.

YOU WILL HAVE:
* Diploma/Bachelor's degree in early childhood studies (desired) or Certificate III working towards Diploma
* Experience supporting children with additional learning, developmental, or behavioural needs (highly regarded)
* Sound understanding of inclusive practices and child development
* Up to date First Aid including Asthma, Anaphylaxis Management and CPR Certificate
* A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* Experience using Kindy Hub and Xplor Playground Software systems will be highly regarded

The Banjo and Friends Early Learning Centre (Pre-Prep) lays the foundation for growth, education, and. Paterson College. Conveniently located on the ground floor of The Winton Centre, our exceptional facility boasts three fully equipped Pre-Prep classrooms. These rooms feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a creative playground, offering ample space for children to actively participate in meaningful learning experiences.
Collaboration with the College enables the children to participate in extracurricular activities including library experiences, physical education and music lessons with A.B. Paterson College teaching staff. We also run a successful outside school hours care program for Prep to year 6.
