This role is crucial in shaping meaningful employment pathways for veterans and partners often beyond traditional roles by:
* Engaging with employers nationally to source and co-create tailored employment opportunities
* Educating employers on the unique value veterans and their partners bring to the workforce
* Building strong networks and community relationships to expand our reach and impact
* Developing a program framework and business processes to ensure a consistent and professional service
* Collaborating with internal specialists to identify, secure, and nurture employer partnerships across diverse sectors

* Confidence in networking and building a strong presence across the Defence and Veteran community
* Depth of experience in business development/stakeholder and customer relationship management
* Ability to develop, document, and continually improve business processes
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills enabling effective collaboration
* A focus on quality stakeholder/client case management and recordkeeping
* Understanding of the ADF environment and its unique sensitivities
* Flexibility to work across broad geographical areas and participate in events outside standard hours
* A completed tertiary qualification in Business, HR, or a related field
* A current, unrestricted driver's licence
