Overview
This is an on-site opportunity for an experienced event videographer to capture a full-day event in North Bondi, NSW, Australia, on May 21, 2026. The role requires comprehensive coverage of the event, including filming all session content, capturing dynamic b-roll footage, and taking high-quality photographs of key individuals such as the CEO and partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for both video and photo deliverables, ensuring all moments are professionally documented for post-event use. This is a one-day engagement, and only applicants based locally in Sydney will be considered, as travel from other locations is not permitted.
Deliverables
* Film all session content using a tripod for stable, high-quality recordings
* Capture roaming b-roll footage throughout the event to highlight atmosphere and key moments
* Take professional photos of the CEO, partners, and event activities
* Deliver edited session recordings and edited photos after the event
* Provide the complete set of unedited footage, including all raw photos and videos
Requirements
* Proven experience in event videography and photography, with a strong portfolio of similar work
* Proficiency with professional video and photo equipment, including tripods and DSLR/mirrorless cameras
* Skilled in both video and photo editing, with the ability to deliver polished, high-resolution content
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, live event environment
* Must be available on May 21, 2026, from 9am to 7pm in North Bondi, NSW
* Must be based in Sydney; applications from outside the area will not be considered
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines
