To support our rapid scale, we're seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our high-performing team and play a pivotal role in how we design and deploy Salesforce to maximise efficiency, intelligence, and customer engagement.
What You'll Do
* Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
* Leverage Salesforce CRM, ServiceCloud, and Agentforce (Salesforce's latest AI-powered technology) to drive operational speed, intelligence, and automation across the business
* Integrate Agentforce with Handy's custom-built customer portal to enhance service, communication, and responsiveness
* Lead scalable, maintainable Salesforce development aligned with best practices and enterprise design patterns
* Build complex integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and webhooks
* Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions in collaboration with Product and BA teams
* Implement automated testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release workflows
* Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers
* Maintain strong platform governance and thorough technical documentation
* Stay ahead of Salesforce innovations, platform updates, and AI advancements
What You'll Bring
* Over 5 years' experience in Salesforce development.
* Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and governor limits.
* Integration expertise using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
* Proven capability in automating workflows using Flow, Apex triggers, and declarative tools.
* Familiarity with customer-facing portals.
* Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and DevOps tools.
