Front Desk Coordinator
The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients accessing primary care services.
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and courteous manner;
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone inquiries and referring clients to the appropriate person or service area;
- Maintain accurate records and confidentiality of client information;
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services;

- A minimum of a Certificate 2 in Business Administration (Medical) or equivalent experience;
- Excellent work ethic with impressive time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to handle difficult and distressed clients diplomatically;
- Professional dress code and positive image;
- Previous experience using a multi-line switchboard and MS Office Suite packages;
