Generation Care is a leading mobile allied health service, delivering personalised, evidence-based therapy to older Australians in their homes and residential care facilities.
About the Role
As an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist with Generation Care, you'll:
* Deliver high-quality, mobile allied health care—primarily in-home or within residential aged care—for older Australians.
* Conduct evidence-based assessments (e.g., mobility, pain, functional capacity, falls risk) and design individually tailored exercise and therapy programs to support strength, balance, mobility, and independence.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including care coordinators, facility staff, families, and other clinicians to deliver coordinated, person-centred care.
* Provide accurate, timely clinical documentation and reports.
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy, with full AHPRA registration (for physiotherapists).
* ABN (Australian Business Number) required (contractor basis).
* Current, unrestricted driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle.
* Willingness to complete or hold a criminal record check and working with children check, or state equivalent.
* Experience in aged care settings, particularly with functional assessments and tools like DEMMI, is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with older adults and helping them regain and maintain independence.
