The Role:
We seek a Junior Legal Secretary for our Tax & Revenue team in Adelaide. This varied role involves building relationships with legal teams, providing administrative support such as billing, diary management, email, and travel coordination, as well as liaising with clients.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Billing and financial administration
2. Diary, email, and travel management for the team
3. Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
4. Mentoring Administrative Assistants and supporting other Legal Secretaries when required
About You:
To succeed, you will be an experienced legal administrative professional with:
* An exceptional work ethic and initiative
* Flexibility, positivity, and high attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills and a teamwork attitude
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice software (NetDocs and Affinity)
Please note that law students are not eligible unless seeking a long-term career in legal support and can work full-time.
