A.B. Paterson College's Early Childhood Centre is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Early Childhood Educator for a Permanent Full-Time position. The role operates between 7am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities

* Create engaging programs tailored to each child's unique interests and needs.
* Develop and deliver high‑quality early learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Provide a variety of learning activities that nurture children's physical, cognitive, linguistic, social, emotional and creative development.
* Collaborate with parents, caregivers and other staff to ensure children's learning and well‑being.
* Maintain a clean, safe and stimulating environment that supports children's learning and play.
* Adhere to child safety policies and procedures.

Requirements
* Diploma/Bachelor's degree in early childhood studies (desired) or Certificate III working towards Diploma.
* Up to date First Aid including Asthma, Anaphylaxis Management and CPR Certificate.
* A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
* Experience using Kindy Hub and Xplor Playground Software systems will be highly regarded.
