Fresh Provisions has a supervisory position available at the Mt. Lawley store.
Previous experience in a similar environment, a broad knowledge of gourmet products, an interest in food, high self-motivation and a determination to succeed will ensure that you will excel in this role.
In the role of a Duty Manager, you will uphold excellence in customer service and store presentation, motivate and manage a team, have an eye for detail and provide input to management decisions.

Skills / Knowledge Required:
Minimum three years previous experience in the food industry
Customer service experience with sales focus
Demonstrated leadership/management responsibilities
Knowledgeable of retail systems
Inventory management
Merchandising flair
There is good flexibility in the schedule times for Duty Managers and the position can be full time or part time as it will be supplemented with supervisory work within a store department.
The suitable applicant will demonstrate a strength in one of the key departments in a fresh food business being grocery, front customer service and merchandising.
