Immigration Lawyer, Associate or Senior Associate Level
2 to 5+ years PAE. Full time or part time. Remote or hybrid.
Join a multi award winning boutique immigration law firm working on strategic visa planning, complex refusals, cancellations and litigation support.
Key responsibilities
* Manage a broad caseload including complex visa matters, refusals, cancellations, merit review and court review applications.
* Deliver strategic legal advice with clarity, empathy and care.
* Draft high quality legal submissions and visa applications.
* Stay across changes in migration law, case law, policy and tribunal decisions.
* Contribute to systems, processes, client experience and firm projects.
What we are looking for
* 2 to 5+ years PAE preferred.
* Bachelor of Laws, JD or higher degree from an Australian university.
* Experience in refusals, cancellations, tribunal and court matters.
* Strong drafting, research and analytical legal skills.
* Excellent client communication, empathy and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence using technology, legal systems and modern work tools.
* Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly regarded.
