Responsibilities

* Operations Management: Oversee day‐to‐day operations to ensure maximum efficiency and quality service.
* Financial Performance: Manage budgets, analyse financial reports (P&L) and implement strategies to meet KPIs.
* Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor and evaluate department heads and employees to foster a high‐performance culture.
* Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute long‐term business goals and market expansion plans.
* Customer/Stakeholder Relations: Maintain relationships with key clients and act as the primary contact for external stakeholders.
* Actively promote Mariner Travel with a focus on developing new business opportunities.

Person

* Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Strong selling skills and dedication to customer service.
* Target‐driven with the ability to reach set goals.
* Passion for business growth with the ability to network and present to potential new clients.
* Ability to train and support fellow team members.
* Word processing and computer literacy (Tramada knowledge an advantage).
* Must be experienced with a GDS system.
* Strong fares and ticketing experience (Fares and Ticketing 1 & 2 an advantage).
