Maintenance Controller

Responsibilities
3. Perform all activities in accordance with Kennard’s safe work policies and procedures
4. Report any incident, hazard or near miss to your manager or via our online reporting systems
5. Support fellow team members by never walking past an unsafe act or risk
6. Conduct everyday activities in accordance with the Kennard’s values
7. Demonstrate team work by working together with others in the business to get the job done
8. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement
9. Oversee the Branch workshop and managing the service and repair of equipment to Kennards’ QOM standard for our customers, and to minimise downtime
10. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement
11. Making recommendations about complementary/up sell of equipment
12. Proactively identifying business development opportunities, by developing customer relationships through having conversations and asking open questions, building an awareness of projects occurring in the local area, and passing on leads to Branch Manager
13. Order parts and workshop supplies- ensuring essential workshop supplies are in stock and that equipment costs are within branch budgets;
14. Oversee, coordinate and delegate equipment servicing and maintenance tasks to Service Person/Drivers, ensuring QOM standards are met
15. Provide training and coaching to Service Person/Drivers on the service and maintenance of equipment & machinery
Thisposition requires a minimum of 2 years work experience as a MaintenanceController or similar role.
