For 37 consecutive years, we've been Australia's leading truck brand, built on a foundation of reliability, innovation, and a workplace culture that consistently ranks among the best for employee engagement. Our leadership in the market is backed by decades of experience, a strong national network, and exceptional service support.

Our product range spans light to heavy duty trucks, featuring advanced engine technology and comprehensive safety systems. We proudly market, distribute, and support Isuzu Trucks and Isuzu Power Solutions across Australia.

Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL) has announced the establishment of a new finance and leasing company, Isuzu Financial Services Australia (IFSA). With operations scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2026, this is a new joint initiative between IAL and Tokyo Century Corporation (TCC). The establishment of IFSA forms part of the broader strategy focusing on strengthening existing operations and expanding its product and service offering.

This role presents a rare opportunity to play a foundational part in launching and shaping a national captive finance business from inception: building dealer capability, systems, and training frameworks that will support long term commercial growth across Australia.

About the Role

We are seeking a commercially minded and highly capable National Dealer Enablement Manager to drive capability uplift across the national dealer network supporting Isuzu Financial Services Australia's (IFSA) products for the Ready-to-Work truck range. This role directly contributes to IFSA's commercial growth by improving dealer readiness, increasing sales effectiveness, and ensuring consistent standards across the network.

This role is pivotal in two key phases:

Play a central role in the implementation and launch of Solifi, ensuring system readiness, process integrity, and high quality training materials that support a successful go-live.

Phase 2 – National Dealer Enablement

Lead and deliver a structured national training program that strengthens dealer knowledge, improves system utilisation, drives finance penetration, and embeds compliance and operational excellence across the SME finance market.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ReadyLease workflows. Identify, document, and retest system defects with project stakeholders.
* Develop policies, processes, and standard operating procedures for dealer workflows and system usage.
* Create comprehensive training materials including: Process maps, QRGs, Learning modules and Video walkthroughs
* Deliver pre-launch training to internal teams and selected dealer representatives.

Phase 2: National Dealer Training & Enablement

* Design and deliver structured training programs across: ReadyLease and captive finance products, System usage, Sales effectiveness, Compliance and responsible lending, and Customer experience standards
* Facilitate onboarding and accreditation for Dealer Business Managers and sales teams nationally
* Conduct training needs analysis and manage the national training calendar
* Evaluate training impact using KPIs including penetration rates, quote quality, and turnaround times
* Support new product releases and digital tool deployments and represent IFSA at dealer events and industry forums.

About You

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have the following skills and experience:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in dealer development, training, or sales enablement
* Experience in asset finance, leasing, or commercial vehicle finance (highly desirable) with the ability to simplify complex finance and system processes and a strong understanding of dealer economics
* Experience in system implementation, UAT, or process documentation (highly desirable)
* Strong instructional design capability across multiple formats (in-person, LMS, digital, blended learning) withy exceptional facilitation and communication skills
* Understanding of commercial vehicle dealership operations (desired)
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Finance, or related discipline and/or as adult learning certification (desired).
