An excellent permanent part-time role for an administrator in the ACT.
Working with a tier 1 global firm, you will be the first point of contact for teams & visitors and be a vital member of the admin team.

Hours - every day.
The Role:
* Manage reception and front‑of‑house duties, greeting visitors and issuing passes
* Coordinate mail, couriers, deliveries and site access for contractors
* Maintain meeting rooms and shared areas to ensure they are clean, presentable and set up daily
* Assist the Facilities/Operations team with general administration
* Support with data entry, reporting, presentations and record management
* Raise and monitor work orders, track compliance documentation and liaise with contractors
* Maintain inventory for office supplies and stationery
* Conduct safety observations, assist with audits and ensure onsite guidelines are followed
* Help set up AV equipment and meeting room requirements
* Maintain key databases and ensure timely updates across systems
About you
* Must be an Australian Citizen - those on visas will not be considered
* Full police check will be required for this role
* Ability to work extra hours as necessary
* Professional, polished communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
* Comfortable working with systems, reporting and documentation
* Someone reliable, confident and happy to be the go‑to person onsite
