You'll contribute to fair and timely outcomes for injured claimants, while helping shape continuous improvement across the team.
What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of common law claims, assessing liability, gathering evidence, and negotiating settlements that support recovery and fairness Collaborate with solicitors, claimants, and medical professionals to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution Analyse medical, financial, and investigative reports to determine claim value and strategy Ensure compliance with legislative timeframes and guidelines while maintaining a customer-first approach Facilitate early access to rehabilitation services to support optimal recovery outcomes Represent Suncorp in settlement conferences and hearings, ensuring professional and empathetic engagement What You'll Bring 2-3 years' experience in CTP claims management or relevant legal practice (plaintiff or defendant) Tertiary qualifications in Law, Allied Health, or Insurance are highly regarded Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively High attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing competing priorities Commitment to ethical practice and delivering outcomes that align with legislative and customer expectations What You'll Enjoy Access our award-winning Shine platform - your central hub for exclusive perks, wellbeing support, career development, and recognition.
