Overview
We are seeking a Live-in Caretaker/ Part time-Handyman/Grounds keeper, with onsite accommodation included in package.
We require a reliable, honest and hardworking person to help maintain and service our caravan park.
Immediate start.
Fortnightly roster.
Our Caravan Park has a village atmosphere and friendly community workplace.
We cater to mostly long term tenants, with short term and tourist sites as well.
Afterhours Caretaker
On-call for after-hours emergencies on fortnightly roster, every 2nd weekend on-call
Grounds Keeper/ Handyman - Part time (fortnightly roster)
Maintaining grounds i.e. lawn care, retic maintenance etc.
General repairs and maintenance.
Pool maintenance and cleaning.
Assisting guests within the park.
Liaising with office staff.
Responsibilities
On-call after-hours caretaker duties on a fortnightly roster
Grounds keeping and maintenance including lawn care and reticulation

Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience in a caravan park preferable
Ability to work well with office staff, park managers and unsupervised
Positive communication skills to liaise with guests/tenants, staff & trades
Driver's license
Police clearance
The position requires applicant to live onsite - accommodation will be provided as part of the position package.
