Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer Council's commercial contractsSupport compliance, reporting, and governance requirementsAssist in planning and delivering projects and operational initiativesProvide practical advice and support to the Manager Commercial ServicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and community stakeholdersUndertake relief duties across CSC and ESO functions as required
About You
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable professional who enjoys working across a diverse range of responsibilities within a collaborative team environment.
You will bring
Experience in coordination, administration, contracts, or project supportStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesWell-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solvingThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamA willingness to travel regularly to remote communitiesEssential Requirements:
Northern Territory Driver's Licence (or the ability to obtain)
Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance)
National Police Clearance
