The Role
MACA are seeking a permanent full-time talented Training Coordinator to join our team on an 8:6 roster FIFO from Perth to the Gruyere Gold Mine.
Located 1200km north-east of Perth, the Gruyere gold mine is an open pit operation in Western Australia's north-eastern Goldfields.

To be successful in this role, you will:
* Coordinate project training in accordance with Maintenance and Production training schedules.
* Collaborate with departmental Superintendents and Project Management to ensure compliance with company and client procedures.
* Organise and deliver site specific inductions and training packages.
* Responsible for the training systems document control and records management.
* Liaise with supervisors to ensure plant availability needed to optimise training levels.
* Conduct productivity training with operators to assist with production KPI target management
* Assist in Mobilisation of new project starters.
You will possess:
* Advanced skills using the Microsoft Office suite
* Knowledge of systems development life cycle
* Administration experience
* Working in the mining/civil industry
* Cert IV Training/Assessment an advantage
