**About the role**
- Design and implement communication, learning & development solutions with project team members and other departmental stakeholders in readiness for go-live.
- Working with a broad range of senior business stakeholders, using your change and leadership experience to simplify, design, and implement technology-enabled change.
- Using real-time data to iterate your change approach.
- Create tailored change management processes to facilitate a highly engaged and positive user experiences to realise the change benefits and positive impact on day-to-day work.
- Developing large-scale change management plans that include change readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, success metrics, and communications activities.
- Develop and maintain release plans and forward schedule of change to minimise risk, capture & mitigate conflicts and increase the success of the deployment.
- Work with the various change specialists responsible for the management of day-to-day change management activities within a specific Service Provider or support group.
**About You**
- Advanced understanding of contemporary Organisational Change Management practice and strong demonstrated experience in developing and implement an organisational change management strategy.
- Broad experience in working on Agile projects (SAFe preferred) aligning organisation change management activities to Agile delivery.
- Ability to work autonomously and to work with other project employees in a collaborative and respectful manner.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- A proven ability to develop and manage enduring client relationships.
- Demonstrable industry knowledge; understanding the way your primary industry functions and how data can be collected, analysed and utilised.
- A disciplined approach to problem-solving and an ability to critically assess a range of information to differentiate true business needs as opposed to user requests.
- An ability to work within a multidisciplinary team to seek and provide requirements to team members responsible for different pipeline areas.
