Requirements:
* A completed or currently studying Diploma of Community Services (or relevant qualification).
* If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, you may be eligible for an exemption.
* A valid Australian Drivers License, First Aid, and CPR Certificate.
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check.
* Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset are essential for this role.
* Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights.
