Are you passionate about creating seamless and engaging customer experiences across digital and in-restaurant platforms?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Merchandising Manager who will be at the forefront of how customers experience McDonald's across our digital and in-restaurant touchpoints.
This role is a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, where you'll lead content production and strategy across campaigns and channels to deliver a consistent and compelling customer journey.
What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
Acting as the go-to expert for digital merchandising, guiding teams on best practices and content performance
Delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand consistency
Managing agency and vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery
Supporting the rollout of new in-restaurant digital experiences aligned with business goals
Analysing campaign performance and customer insights to drive continuous improvement
Contributing to digital experience initiatives across CRM, eCommerce, and new digital launches
Your keys to success:
5+ years' experience in marketing or digital roles
Strong retail and merchandising expertise, ideally within QSR or retail environments
Experience managing both in-store and digital merchandising channels (e.g. kiosks, menu boards, app, web)
A data-driven mindset with the ability to optimise content based on performance insights
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build trusted relationships
Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills
A degree in marketing or a related field is desirable
