We’re a farm café set on a working dairy property, with our own on-site dairy production. We take pride in thoughtful hospitality, quality-driven food, and creating a considered farm-to-table experience for our guests. Our team is built on respect, passion, and a genuine care for both our guests and the work we do.
We are now seeking a skilled and passionate Cafe All-Rounder to assist our café team and elevate our guest experience.
About the Role
As a Café All-Rounder, you’ll play a role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient café environment. Friendly, reliable, and team-focused, you’ll deliver great customer service while supporting the café team as a core member. Working closely with the team leaders, you’ll help maintain smooth service, uphold quality standards, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced workplace.
What You’ll Do
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service across front of house
• Take orders, handle payments, and deliver food and drinks with care
• Assist with basic food and coffee preparation as needed
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace across both FOH and BOH areas
• Support the team during busy service periods to keep things running smoothly
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and team to ensure accurate, timely service
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures
• Casual position with availability to work 20–30 hours per week across 4–5 days, including weekends and public holidays
About You
You’re someone who naturally creates a sense of welcome. You read the room, anticipate needs, and take pride in creating experiences rather than simply delivering plates.
You bring:

• Previous hospitality experience

• A positive, proactive attitude
• A current RSA (preferred)
