The Role: What You'll Be Driving
As our Sponsorship Sales Executive
, you'll play a key role in securing high-value sponsorships and partnerships across TAS-managed events and association clients.
You'll be responsible for:
* Driving sponsorship revenue
across a portfolio of major national conferences
* Scoping and Selling partnership packages
, including digital, advertising, and content-based sponsorships for associations
* Conducting thorough research to understand each conference's unique value proposition
* Building and maintaining a
qualified database
of prospects and key decision-makers
* Collaborating with internal teams on
sponsorship strategy, pricing and deliverables
* Delivering outstanding account management
, turning sponsors into long-term partners
* Reporting progress and insights to the Head of Events and Managing Director
Qualifications
* Minimum
3+ years' sales experience
, ideally in
event sponsorship
* Strong communicator, confident and persuasive across
phone, email, and face-to-face
engagement
* Commercially curious, able to quickly understand different industries and client challenges
* Excellent
prospecting and research capabilities
* Able to manage pipelines, and maintain accurate sales tracking
* Must be an
Australian citizen or permanent resident
