Property Portfolio Lead
The role of Property Portfolio Lead is a key position within the organisation, responsible for overseeing the operational management and maintenance of a portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team. Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in property management, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex projects.
