The Office of Enterprise Education provides strategic leadership for UWA’s industry‑engaged learning ecosystem, driving innovation in partnerships, short courses, and micro‑credentials within the University’s lifelong learning framework. It brings together multiple experiential learning initiatives to create a cohesive strategy for student employability, ensuring strong alignment between curriculum, co‑curricular opportunities, and industry needs. Working closely with the School of Engineering, which delivers world‑class programs across a broad range of engineering disciplines, the area supports students in meeting mandatory professional practice requirements through high‑quality placements, strong industry networks, and well‑governed practicum processes.
About the opportunity
* Leads UWA’s enterprise education strategy, industry partnerships, micro‑credentials and experiential learning initiatives.
* Works closely with the School of Engineering to support world‑class teaching, research and professional practice requirements.
* Delivers student mandatory professional outcomes through structured practicum programs that respond to industry skill needs.
About you
* Experienced in building and maintaining effective networks with industry, government and academic partners.
* Skilled in coordinating student training, support and placement administration in complex higher education or industry settings.
* Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, monitor progress and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with capability to resolve complex enquiries and guide students professionally.
* Confident working independently, using initiative, and contributing productively to multi‑functional team environments.
