A highly reputed client is seeking a digitally savvy Web Administrator to administer and look after their websites.
**Responsibilities**
- Discusses, analyses, reviews, and resolves usability issues in conjunction with the web development team.
- Maintain website in collaboration with web developers, Review web content, links, and design; provides necessary updates and enhancements in a timely manner.
- Post and edit website content in accordance with customer requests and respond to customer inquiries including the provision of media proof.
- Conducts user testing and use analysis to assess usability and effectiveness of the site; recommends improvements based on analysis.
- Drafts, documents, and implements backup, recovery, and business continuity plans and maintains knowledge in web design.
- Communicates with site visitors and users regarding site updates and anticipated and unanticipated downtime.
**Skills Required**:
- Thorough understanding of website design and administration.
- Familiarity with Squiz, Swoogo, and Modo
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of programming languages including HTML, XML, and CSS.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
