Optical sales consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Retail Assistant to help our customers find the perfect eyewear.

As part of our team, you will be involved in providing an exceptional customer experience, from initial consult to customising High-Fashion frames from Luxury Brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co. and Gucci.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service skills and knowledge of eyewear products
- Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and store objectives

Requirements:

- Retail experience - optical desired but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a quick learner
