SITE SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN

Edge Construction is a Port Macquarie-based company specialising in commercial, construction, government projects, refurbishments, and fit-outs.
We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to take the lead on commercial and restoration projects in Kempsey to Coffs Harbour.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a carpentry background who can manage trades, drive quality, and run sites confidently and independently.

Key Skills and Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage trades and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality work
* Scope works and plan ahead to meet project milestones
* Conduct quality inspections throughout all stages of the build
* Maintain accurate site records and daily progress reports
* Lead toolbox talks and ensure team compliance with WH&S regulations
* Willingness to travel across various sites as required
* Work independently and take ownership of tasks
* Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders
* Strong organisational and time management skills
What You'll Need
* Demonstrated experience supervising construction projects
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
* White Card and current driver's licence
* National Police Check (issued within the past 12 months or willingness to obtain one)
* Procore experience advantageous
